Privacy policy

Information used by the app

SellerExtreme stores the inventory information you enter or import: product names, identifiers and barcodes, quantities, costs and prices, descriptions, condition, photos, storage locations, spatial placement, and fulfillment status. It also keeps app preferences and local activity records. Where used, saved conversations and facts support your on-device workflow. Avoid entering information you do not need for inventory management.

Camera and photo access support the scanning, photography, spatial-placement, and image-export features you choose. Spatial information describes item placement in your space; the app does not request GPS location permission.

Where information goes

Core inventory is stored in the app's private device storage. Seller Team and listing intelligence process the available inventory information on device. These on-device features do not send inventory prompts to a remote AI service.

If your installation includes configured synchronization, opening or refreshing Seller Team may synchronize inventory with the configured service. Supabase synchronization sends product records, stored image data within those records, warehouse identifiers, record revisions, modification times, and deletion status. A configured Apple CloudKit integration uses the user's private iCloud database. Synchronization is separate from on-device AI. Availability depends on the installed version and configuration; contact support if you need confirmation about your installation.

Apple processes App Store purchases, renewals, and restoration. SellerExtreme receives product and entitlement information, not your payment-card details. Opening a support or legal website connects to that website's provider. Contacting support sends us the information you include. Files or images you export go to the destination you select and are then governed by that destination's handling of data. We do not sell your inventory or use it for targeted advertising.

Retention, deletion, and export

Inventory remains available until you change or delete it. Deleting an item removes it from active inventory, but local recovery copies, activity history, and deletion records can retain earlier information. There is no automatic time-based purge of those records in the current implementation. Deleting the app removes its local container, subject to Apple's device and backup behavior; offloading an app may retain its data.

CSV export includes inventory fields, written locations, and workflow status. It does not include photos or AR world-map data; image export is a separate action. You control exported files and any device backups. If synchronization was configured, deleting local content or uninstalling the app does not itself guarantee removal of server records or provider backups. Contact garbarzjacob@gmail.com for help identifying and removing retained server or support data. We do not promise a fixed server-deletion deadline without verifying the applicable service.

SellerExtreme is a business inventory tool, not a service directed to children under 13. Material changes to this policy will be reflected in its effective date. Apple's standard Terms of Use are available at Apple standard Terms of Use.
